The company seeks to hire a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the front of house operations in a fine dining setting. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing and staffing the front of house team, preparing schedules, managing payroll, and supporting food and beverage cost controls through inventory management and careful monitoring of pars. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually, reflecting the importance of the role within the organization. The successful candidate will plan and execute daily operations, including organizing pre-shift and departmental meetings to ensure seamless communication across all departments. The Restaurant Manager also manages reservation systems, creates seating charts and station assignments, and ensures that the dining room presentation is immaculate. Ideal candidates will possess at least six to eight years of upscale fine dining experience, with a minimum of three years in a management capacity.
