The manager is entrusted with overseeing all functions of the restaurant during various shifts, including opening, mid-day, or closing. This position demands a leader who can balance managerial duties with hands-on operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for hiring, supervising, training, and motivating team members while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Operational responsibilities include conducting daily briefings, managing repairs and maintenance, overseeing safety and sanitation standards, and directing local marketing and community engagement initiatives. In addition to operational oversight, the Restaurant Manager ensures the quality of food and beverage service by monitoring prep production, conducting inventories, and reviewing food quality quarterly.
