The position available is for a Bartender Server, a part-time role that requires between 1 to 31 hours weekly. Reporting directly to the Dining Services Director, this non-exempt, hourly role focuses on delivering friendly and efficient beverage and dining service to residents and patrons. The Bartender Server serves as a communal touchpoint for residents, offering excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages and assisting with food service. The responsibilities are broad and involve greeting customers, taking and processing orders efficiently through the POS system, preparing mixed drinks, and aiding in meal service preparation and delivery. The role also demands adherence to strict sanitization and food safety standards, ensuring that all food and beverages are presented professionally and appealingly.
Apart from beverage and food service, the Bartender Server supports inventory management and storage, ensuring proper labeling and safe storage of food items and supplies. This role is instrumental in maintaining dining room hygiene, including cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment according to company procedures.
