Bartenders - Temporary

The Seasonal Bartender Ambassador role at SeaWorld involves creating and serving a variety of delicious and refreshing beverages and food items, combining mixology skills and exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. The role requires the preparation of bar drinks according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines, alongside responsible alcohol service including checking IDs and monitoring consumption in line with company and state regulations. Ambassadors will engage with guests to understand preferences, upsell premium products where appropriate, operate registers, maintain cleanliness and sanitation of their work area, and provide prompt, friendly service throughout the park. This position guarantees a competent, fun, and interactive work environment with opportunities to develop customer service skills, beverage knowledge, and contribute to a unique theme park experience. Employment is seasonal with compensation including an hourly wage plus tips or a guarantee if tips do not meet the expected amount. • at least 18 years of age
• high school diploma or equivalent
• understanding of state and local beverage safety requirements
• previous bartender experience required
• expertise with popular recipes such as margaritas, cosmopolitans, mojitos
• outstanding communication, customer service and register handling skills
• food & beverage safety certifications
• must have basic knowledge of beer, liquor and wine
• basic food and non-alcoholic beverage knowledge
