Preparation of the bar area is crucial and includes setting up and cleaning according to operational policies and standards, ensuring everything is stocked and organized for seamless service throughout the shift. A key responsibility includes being knowledgeable about the entire menu and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and appropriate garnishes. The bartender will be responsible for managing inventory, requisitioning supplies, and maintaining a clean, efficient workstation.
