Reporting to the Director of Operations and the Restaurant & Banquet Manager, the Bartender will be responsible for crafting beverages that meet the brand's high standards. This position demands a personable and service-driven professional capable of engaging with diverse guests while maintaining efficiency during fast-paced service periods. The role requires handling show-related cocktail service, à la carte dining drink orders, and supporting large banquet functions, ensuring every guest’s beverage experience is seamless and enjoyable. Bartenders will also be expected to maintain strong knowledge of signature cocktails, local craft beers, and wines, contributing actively to promoting these offerings.\n\nThe hourly rate for this position is $25.00 plus tips, reflecting the valuable skills and experience required. Bartenders will work flexible hours that include evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with the entertainment venue’s schedule. • Must be 21 years or older
• Current alcohol service certification (Hawaii’s liquor card required)
• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Familiarity with POS systems preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
