The role in question is that of a Bartender within Live Nation's Concerts Division. This position is vital as it directly connects with guests during live events, ensuring memorable and friendly interactions. The Bartender is expected to provide prompt and efficient service, skillfully preparing standard beverage recipes and recommending drinks and menu items that enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the Bartender must maintain all safety and sanitation standards, abide by responsible alcohol service guidelines, and contribute to a safe and welcoming atmosphere by monitoring guest sobriety and enforcing proper identification checks. This role requires flexibility to work late hours and accommodate the dynamic schedule typical of live event venues.
