We are currently seeking a Lounge Bartender to join our dynamic team. The Lounge Bartender will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by expertly preparing and serving beverages in a welcoming lounge environment. In this role, the Lounge Bartender is responsible for setting up and breaking down the bar, strictly adhering to beverage standards to craft cocktails using standard jiggers, and managing drink orders efficiently from guests and servers. The bartender must follow all check handling procedures including credit card policies, with no cash tabs allowed. Duties also include completing opening and closing checklists, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring that glassware, ice, beer, soda, and juices are stocked and replenished properly. The bartender is also tasked with managing inventory rotations of stocked items to maintain freshness and availability. This position demands excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
