Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks by engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit. Handling payments and maintaining a clean and organized workspace are also key aspects of this position. Furthermore, you will assist with transporting dishware to the kitchen and completing designated side work to support overall operational efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work cohesively within a team environment, and physical endurance to meet the demands of the job. The bartender must be able to lift between 25-50 pounds, perform continuous motion involving pushing, pulling, and stretching, and maintain fast-paced mobility for periods extending up to 8 hours.
