The Bartender role at Invited is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding beverage service in a premium club setting. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in maintaining beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring, and serving high-quality beverages that meet or exceed member expectations. This position requires a dedication to cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring the bar area is impeccably maintained throughout shifts.
Your commitment to exceptional service will be demonstrated by consistently following the 3-steps of service, which are critical to enhancing the overall member and guest experience. Reporting to senior food and beverage management, such as the Director of Food & Beverage or Director of Beverage, you will be integral to the smooth operation and high standards of the club’s bar and beverage service. Duties include not only serving drinks but also preparing the bar area with necessary items like glassware, garnishes, and ice, restocking supplies, and managing beverage inventory responsibly to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
This position thrives on delivering personalized service, where learning members’ names and preferences contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. Problem-solving skills are vital, as you will professionally address and resolve member and guest concerns ensuring satisfaction and service recovery when needed. Teamwork is also essential, supporting colleagues and actively engaging in daily briefings and continuous training programs.
Working as a Bartender at Invited also means embracing flexibility, with occasional outdoor service and varied temperatures encountered. Physical stamina and the ability to handle lifting tasks up to 100 lbs are important, given the physical nature of the role.  - certification in alcohol and food safety awareness
