Reporting to senior food and beverage management, such as the Director of Food & Beverage or Director of Beverage, you will be integral to the smooth operation and high standards of the club’s bar and beverage service. Duties include not only serving drinks but also preparing the bar area with necessary items like glassware, garnishes, and ice, restocking supplies, and managing beverage inventory responsibly to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. This position thrives on delivering personalized service, where learning members’ names and preferences contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. Problem-solving skills are vital, as you will professionally address and resolve member and guest concerns ensuring satisfaction and service recovery when needed. Teamwork is also essential, supporting colleagues and actively engaging in daily briefings and continuous training programs. • High school diploma or equivalent
• certification in alcohol and food safety awareness
• previous experience in food and beverage service
