This role is based at the Clubhouse Kitchen & Bar located in the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley Hotel, one of Driftwood's esteemed properties. The position requires a candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience and offers plus tips as additional compensation. The primary responsibility is to serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, enhancing the overall guest experience. The role also involves preparing beverages for other servers, handling cashier duties for the lounge, and ensuring all operational standards are met in line with company policies. This position demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and security procedures. The bartender will maintain bar stock, prepare garnishes, manage cash transactions, respond promptly to phone orders, and uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the bar area. Additional duties include adhering to liquor laws, maintaining a neat appearance as per the team member handbook, and assisting fellow beverage personnel as needed.
