Bartender - Full-time

Employment in this position is structured as a shift-based role with dedicated support staff to assist when necessary, providing a balanced and manageable workload for our bartenders. We are seeking an experienced Bartender with comprehensive cocktail knowledge to join our team. This role involves working independently behind the bar, supported by one busser who handles glassware to streamline operations. The ideal candidate will be adept with Toast POS software, enabling smooth transaction handling and order management throughout their shift. Responsibility for setting up the bar area at the start of each shift and breaking down and cleaning the area at shift end is integral to this position. The bartender will be expected to deliver high-quality service while managing multiple orders efficiently and maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization. The position offers a unique tip arrangement: all cash tips go directly to the bartender, while card tips are pooled, divided by management, and distributed the following day through the Poached platform. This structure rewards bartenders for their hardworking contributions and ensures a fair and transparent tip distribution system.
