Bartender - Full-time

As a bartender for Kinseth Hotel Corporation, the individual will be responsible for taking orders from customers or servers, suggestively selling beverages and food items to enhance the guest experience. The role requires using tools such as shot glasses, jiggers, or automatic pourers to mix drinks precisely following recipe guidelines. The bartender must exercise good judgment to ensure that no alcohol is served to intoxicated guests, and that all patrons showing signs of being underage are properly carded to comply with legal restrictions. Additionally, the bartender will be tasked with ensuring that "bar time"—a policy of closing the bar 15 minutes ahead of legal closing time—is strictly upheld, which involves clearing drinks from the bar and tables by the mandated time.
