This role is integral to the overall dining experience, as bartenders play a key part in engaging with guests, mixing and serving beverages, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and important. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient and accurate drink preparation, positive guest interaction, and maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar area. The position is perfect for individuals who enjoy multitasking in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the hospitality industry. The Bartender will greet and interact with guests, take orders from servers or directly from customers, and mix cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages accurately following recipes and standards. They must verify guests’ age to comply with alcohol laws as well as handle cash transactions and point-of-sale system duties responsibly. Additionally, the Bartender will check inventory, prepare the bar area, and serve snacks when appropriate. A thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and current promotions is essential to this role, enabling the bartender to contribute to an elevated guest experience. We value candidates who bring a warm, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ability to multitask, attention to detail, and basic math skills for cash handling are important attributes for success. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. A valid food handler card is mandatory. • At least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment is preferred
• Working knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and tending bar, with the ability to learn and follow recipes
• A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food, wine, spirits and customer service
• Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
• Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• The ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
