The Bartender position within Paradies Lagardere’s Dining Division is a dynamic role centered around delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages that meet the company's first-class service standards. This non-exempt role reports directly to the General Manager and requires working in various dining environments—from trendy national brands to iconic local concepts—catering to a diverse traveling public. The role demands a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Bartenders are expected to greet guests warmly, take orders, prepare a wide range of craft cocktails, beers, and wines, and ensure all service and safety protocols are strictly followed. They must also maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized bar area, effectively manage inventory, and uphold all local, state, and federal laws, including alcohol service regulations.

- High school diploma or GED
- 1-year experience bartending required
- ServeSafe Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent
