We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our Buffalo Wild Wings team. This role is pivotal in creating a memorable guest experience by preparing beverages according to established recipes, maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations, and supporting the overall growth of revenue. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the bar, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all beverages are made to the highest quality standards. You will engage with guests by informing them of specials and promotions, taking their orders accurately, and addressing any concerns they may have. Your adherence to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food, and HACCP standards, as well as federal, state, and local laws, will be essential in maintaining a safe and compliant environment. • Minimum one (1) plus year of bartending experience in the restaurant industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of SERV Safe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards
• Understanding of Federal, State, and Local alcohol laws
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
