The role of Beverage Server at Live Nation typically involves serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests within a vibrant music hall environment. Candidates must have a cheerful and professional demeanor, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The job demands engagement with guests, including suggestive selling of beverages, prompt order delivery, and strict adherence to standard recipes and venue policies. Responsible alcohol service is a critical element of the position, including the ability to recognize signs of intoxication and refuse service in a courteous and safety-conscious manner. This role requires managing cash and point of sale transactions with accuracy, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and being flexible to occasionally work special events within the venue.
The expected compensation for this position ranges from $12.62 to $16.60 per hour, with pay reflecting market location, candidate qualifications, skills, and experience. This is an hourly, part-time role with a flexible work schedule, including late-night hours.
