The role available is that of a Bartender located within the Food and Beverage department. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, this non-exempt position is pivotal to the overall dining and drinking experience offered at the hotel’s bar and restaurant. The Bartender is entrusted with the responsibility of crafting high-quality drinks, including cocktails and beer, while ensuring every guest interaction is friendly and attentive. This position requires exceptional multitasking and communication skills, combined with extensive knowledge of spirits and the art of mixology. The Bartender must possess an inspired understanding of how different flavors balance to create delicious cocktails and be capable of engaging guests with enthusiastic and genuine hospitality. • Must maintain applicable Kansas license
• Must be age 21 or above
• Previous bartending, serving and/or customer service experience
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 5 hours
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
• Closed toe, non-canvas and non-skid soled shoes
