The Barista position at Union Patisserie is a key role responsible for the preparation and service of coffee-based beverages and specialty drinks, alongside the service of various food items such as bread, pastries, salads, and sandwiches. This role demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer engagement to enhance the overall customer experience. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring efficiency, teamwork, and a passion for coffee culture. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour plus tips.
