In collaboration with a distinguished restaurant group led by a James Beard Award-winning team, Reef has launched two novel dining concepts in the heart of Park City, Utah, an internationally acclaimed ski destination. These include the Le Depot Brasserie, a 100-seat brasserie and bar, and the Union Patisserie, a French pastry and coffee shop. Both establishments emphasize high-quality offerings and exemplary customer service to create unique and memorable dining experiences.
The Barista position at Union Patisserie is a key role responsible for the preparation and service of coffee-based beverages and specialty drinks, alongside the service of various food items such as bread, pastries, salads, and sandwiches. This role demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer engagement to enhance the overall customer experience. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring efficiency, teamwork, and a passion for coffee culture.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour plus tips. Benefits, including a 401(k) plan with company match, a generous health plan with HSA match, and paid time-off, are available for full-time employees. The work environment demands physical stamina, including standing and walking for extended periods and adapting to temperature changes between indoor and outdoor settings.
