The Barista Supervisor position at SodexoMagic, located at Wayne State University, is a full-time role offering an hourly pay range of $21.00 to $24.00. This role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and customer service skills to oversee and support the daily operations of food service employees within multiple settings, including fast casual, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. The supervisor will work varying shifts with open availability preferred and will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food service quality, maintaining safety standards, and improving overall customer satisfaction. As a Barista Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting management by coordinating routine work activities, facilitating employee orientation and training, and fostering a healthy and safe workplace environment. • One or more years of related work experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
