• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
• Engage with and understand customer needs with clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
• Able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
