• high school diploma or equivalent
• bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years restaurant management experience in casual or upscale casual dining
• ability to travel to California for training (approximately 3 months)
• strong financial acumen
• high level understanding of high volume bar operations
• ability to lift up to 50lbs
• ability to stand for long periods of time
• comfortable with being exposed to hot and cold temperatures
