This position is for a Barista as part of the Dining Division team. The Barista plays a crucial role in delivering first-class experiences by interacting with guests and preparing high-quality tea, coffee, and espresso beverages. Whether working within a nationally recognized brand or a cherished local concept, the Barista is responsible for enhancing the traveler's experience through excellent customer service and product knowledge. The Barista position follows a schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 2pm to 10pm, with Fridays and Saturdays off, providing a consistent and balanced workweek. The ideal candidate must exhibit enthusiasm and passion for providing positive guest experiences, demonstrating excellent communication, and operating coffee making equipment efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, baristas will be responsible for processing payments accurately, maintaining knowledge of menu offerings, resolving guest concerns promptly, assisting in training new team members, and supporting other areas of the restaurant as needed. • High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work Sunday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm
• Ability to follow company grooming and uniform policies
