In this role, Baristas are expected to provide warm, welcoming service to guests, team members, and suppliers. They prepare and serve a variety of beverages using different brewing and preparation methods, as well as delectable food items that complement the coffee experience. A successful Barista continuously cultivates product knowledge and palate development through tastings, cuppings, and internal training sessions. The role also involves maintaining the smooth and orderly operation of the café by performing tasks such as cleaning, organizing condiment stations, and helping to uphold all health, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
