The role involves greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently using the Point Of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and various forms of payment, and preparing beverages and food products to the company’s standards. Not only will you be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace, but you will also build ongoing relationships with guests, enhancing their overall experience. This is a position that requires a positive, energetic attitude and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service. The starting pay can be as much as $16.00 per hour plus tips, and the position provides flexible scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles and commitments. You will be entrusted with managing the cash drawer, adhering strictly to cash handling policies, and performing reconciliation at the end of each shift. Alongside your main responsibilities, you’ll also complete various side duties and prep work to ensure the coffee bar is ready to operate smoothly throughout your shift.
