As a Barista at Wake Up Call Coffee, you will be responsible for cultivating a customer-first culture by engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on our menu offerings. This includes explaining various beverage options and suggesting items, all while crafting consistent and high-quality drinks that reflect our brand’s standards. Attention to cleanliness, safety, and proper stock management are also key aspects of this role. Our Baristas act as ambassadors of our brand, representing the company’s values in every interaction.
