This position is part of the Food and Beverage department under the supervision of the Harvest Hall Operations Manager. It is a non-exempt role with an average pay rate of $18+ per hour, including tips and hourly wage. The role involves a variety of responsibilities centered on guest interaction and beverage service. You will greet guests warmly, prepare and serve beverages following standardized recipes to maintain consistency, and manage sales of marketplace merchandise. Skilled operation of a POS system (TOAST) is required along with responsible cash handling. The ability to memorize menus and customize orders ensures guest satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and high-energy demeanor helps uplift the overall environment. Staff members will be trained to handle guest inquiries and service issues promptly and graciously, collaborating closely with management to uphold smooth operations.
Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, managing inventory supplies like cups and utensils, and adhering to uniform and grooming standards are key aspects of the role. Conducting oneself professionally, practicing teamwork, and abiding by company policies, procedures, and quality standards are fundamental expectations.  - Closed toe, non-canvas and non-skid soled shoes
 - Ability to obtain Food Handlers and TABC license
