As a Barista, you will be responsible not only for crafting delicious coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages but also for delivering an exceptional customer experience that brings joy and positivity to each interaction. The role involves greeting customers warmly, accurately taking orders, and expertly mixing and serving a wide variety of both hot and cold drinks including cappuccinos, cafe lattes, teas, chai, and fruit blend beverages. Handling transactions responsibly using cash registers and ensuring all sales are recorded precisely is a key part of the job, alongside maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment—cleaning coffee machines, service areas, restrooms, and preparation spaces are essential tasks to ensure operational excellence. While prior experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, and some locations may require Starbucks Barista certification.
