The role open at Loews Kansas City Hotel is a Food and Beverage Cashier position, which requires a friendly, efficient, and professional individual responsible for providing outstanding service while managing cash handling and food service duties. As a Food and Beverage Cashier, you will be a critical part of the team, ensuring excellent guest interactions and maintaining smooth operational flow in various food service outlets within the hotel. This position involves accurate order recording, cash handling, preparing guest checks, and maintaining high standards of service ware cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In addition to transactional responsibilities, you will engage in suggestive selling to enhance the guest dining experience, maintain inventory and retail product accountability, and support overall food preparation and service tasks as needed.
