- At least two years of general manager experience in a restaurant
- Demonstrated pride and ownership for business success
- Proven ability to train, develop, and lead teams
- Experience managing inventory in a food service environment
- Food safety certification or alcohol beverage certification obtained within 30 days of start date
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to work in an open kitchen environment
- Capable of performing physical tasks including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, carrying, pushing, pulling up to fifty pounds
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, holidays, extended hours
- Ability to work near mechanical parts and in cold storage environments
