This particular role is a full-time hourly position based out of Heritage Companies' Inn & Spa at Loretto, specifically working in the Crafted Bar located in Santa Fe, NM. The position includes hourly pay supplemented by tips and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. The barista/bartender role is integral to delivering high-quality coffee and beverage experiences, showcasing artistry in specialty coffee preparation alongside supporting bartending duties. Individuals in this role are expected to engage guests warmly, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and maintain a refined level of service throughout their shift. The role requires expertise in making an array of coffee drinks, including latte art, and the ability to demonstrate these skills during the interview process. The candidate will also be responsible for multitasking effectively in a busy bar setting, ensuring drink orders are served promptly and correctly, while maintaining a professional and positive rapport with coworkers and patrons. • Current Alcohol Server Certification required
• ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
