The company is currently seeking part-time Baristas to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee and customer service, offering a competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour with shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM. As a Barista at Aramark, you will be responsible for preparing specialty beverages and food items in line with brand standards, as well as providing memorable experiences to customers. You will engage with customers by greeting and assisting them, anticipating their needs, and ensuring accuracy in handling orders and payments. This role requires previous experience working as a barista at Starbucks, highlighting the importance of skill and familiarity with coffee preparation techniques. The position demands attention to detail in operating register systems, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Besides the practical responsibilities of beverage and food preparation, Baristas must uphold strict health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The Barista will also be involved in stocking supplies, organizing service ware and condiments, and cleaning and sanitizing stations before and after shifts to meet Aramark's high standards. Aramark values employees who are capable of working independently with limited supervision while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies, including dress code requirements. This role may include physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing.
