The role of Barback/Food Runner at Peregrine Hospitality plays a critical part in supporting front-of-house operations in a fast-paced dining environment. • High school diploma or equivalent
• prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
• ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently

• maintain a current permit or food safety certification as required by local government
• adherence to all safety protocols including proper use of PPE
