Currently, Drive Shack is seeking a dedicated Bar Back to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in supporting bartenders with the smooth and efficient operation of the bar area, ensuring that both staff and guests have a top-tier experience. As the go-to person behind the bar, the Bar Back is responsible for setting up, stocking, and maintaining the bar with urgency and professionalism. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where energy and enthusiasm are essential.
