Responsibilities include assisting with opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar is well-stocked with all necessary supplies like garnishes, straws, napkins, and glassware. The Bar Back checks taps and appliances daily, performs minor repairs, and oversees the cleanliness of the bar environment to maintain the highest operational standards. Employees in this role help keep the bar organized and functional by restocking ice, liquor, wine, and beer, wiping down surfaces, cleaning coolers and storage areas, and properly disposing of waste. They also maintain inventory records to assist with the reordering processes, ensuring the bar is never short of supplies.
