The role offered is an hourly position based in Colorado, with an estimated compensation ranging from $15.00 to $16.60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The position demands flexibility for working late hours and includes working at venue locations where live music events are held. This role specifically involves being an integral part of the venue operations, particularly focused on bar management activities within our venues. It requires a proactive person who is passionate about creating an excellent event experience for patrons while strictly adhering to safety, sanitation, and legal guidelines related to responsible alcohol service. Individuals in this role must be detail-oriented and physically capable, as duties include managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting special event logistics. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and occasionally noisy environment, with extended periods of standing and some physical lifting involved.
