The Barback position at Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is integral to delivering superior bar service and enhancing the overall guest experience. Starting at a wage of $16.70 per hour, this role involves supporting bartenders by maintaining bar inventory, preparing garnishes, and ensuring cleanliness and organization behind the bar. The Barback will interact directly with guests, providing attentive and friendly service while assisting bartenders with opening and closing duties. Responsibilities also include stocking beverages, glassware, and utensils efficiently, operating Point of Sale systems as needed, and communicating effectively with supervisors regarding equipment maintenance or guest concerns. This fast-paced and physically demanding role requires the ability to lift and move heavy items such as kegs, maintain stamina for long shifts that may extend to nights, weekends, and holidays, and perform repetitive tasks while standing and walking.   • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency
