This is a dynamic part-time or full-time role critical in supporting the bartending team and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. The Bar Back assists with stocking inventory such as beer, wine, juices, and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas, and handling the necessary equipment. This position plays an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere by tending to cleanliness, assisting with food and beverage service when needed, and ensuring the bar station is efficiently set up and broken down. • one year of experience in a similar or supportive role
• food handler and alcohol awareness certification if applicable
• ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• able to learn, retain and present product, menu and allergy information to guests

• proficiency in restaurant inventory and invoicing software preferred
