Our team is committed to excellence, and we are currently seeking a Swing Shift Dining Room Supervisor to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in coordinating and supervising the activities of dining room associates and the coffee shop outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, arranging special parties, greeting and seating guests, and ensuring service excellence at all times. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspect service areas for cleanliness, handle complaints directly, manage staff schedules, and maintain inventory of dining supplies. The Dining Room Supervisor will also have the opportunity to participate in menu planning, assist with food order expediency, and oversee transactions at the cash register. • High school diploma or equivalent
• one year experience as cashier
• two years experience as a server
• one year experience in direct sales or retail trade
• TIPS certification
• food safety certification
• ability to speak clearly in English
• ability to use judgment and reasoning to cope with emergencies
• ability to perform a variety of activities with changing tasks and sometimes without notice
• physical ability to frequently lift or carry up to 25 lbs
