The Operations Manager role at Future Bars Group is a pivotal full-time position that demands extensive management experience within the hospitality industry. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Operations Manager will interact closely with bar managers and the headquarters management team to drive sales, control labor costs, and maintain operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include evaluating the performance and cleanliness of various bar sites, proposing and implementing strategic improvements, and sometimes acting as an interim General Manager.
