The Banquet Supervisor role at Invited is pivotal to the overall success of banquet and event operations. Functioning under the direct supervision of the Banquet Manager, Banquet Director, or Director of Food & Beverage, this role ensures that all banquet functions are executed seamlessly, meeting or exceeding the company’s high standards. The Banquet Supervisor oversees every stage of banquet events, from setup and service to breakdown, maintaining close coordination with the banquet team and other departments, including Event Sales. This position requires proactive management of service personnel recruitment, training programs, and performance to foster a well-trained and motivated staff aligned with Invited’s service standards. The Banquet Supervisor is instrumental in ensuring member and guest satisfaction by supervising timely food and beverage service, managing room arrangements, and producing accurate records and financial documentation related to banquet events. Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary as this role involves frequent direct interaction with members and guests, requiring a warm and professional presence.
