  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related hospitality experience
  • 1-3 years work experience in banquets, catering, and/or fine dining restaurant leadership
  • 1-3 years administrative experience including supervision of staff and inventory control
  • Knowledge of event management processes and activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
