The available position is a full-time role as a Banquet Server, offering an hourly wage of $18 plus the possibility of earning additional income through tips and discretionary incentives. The Banquet Server plays an integral role in creating an outstanding guest experience by ensuring events run smoothly and that guests receive attentive, professional service during their time at the banquet. Banquet Servers are responsible for setting up banquet halls and tables before events, assisting with food preparation, serving appetizers and plated dinners, delivering food promptly from the kitchen to the dining area, refilling beverages, and supporting post-event clean-up and inventory management. This role requires candidates to be physically fit to handle lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Given that this position supports luxury hotels, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care is essential. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working as a banquet server or waiter in a similar environment and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
