The Banquet Server role at Hotel Ivy is central to ensuring that every banquet function runs smoothly and leaves a lasting positive impression on guests. The Banquet Server ensures that food and beverages are served in proper sequence and promptly clears dishes as courses conclude. In addition to service duties, the Banquet Server helps maintain the banquet room's readiness by resetting it after each event and works collaboratively with other team members to address any arising needs.
