The Banquet Server ensures that food and beverages are served in proper sequence and promptly clears dishes as courses conclude. The role also requires adherence to state, federal, and corporate policies, particularly those governing the service of alcoholic beverages. In addition to service duties, the Banquet Server helps maintain the banquet room's readiness by resetting it after each event and works collaboratively with other team members to address any arising needs. This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and transport items up to 30 pounds through crowded spaces.
