The Culinary position at Hyatt represents an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who possess strong culinary skills and a passion for fine dining. This role requires at least three years of line cooking experience, preferably within fine dining or hotel settings, and a culinary degree or related hotel experience is highly valued. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in basic and intermediate cooking techniques, including the preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. The role demands versatility, as the selected candidate should be capable of managing multiple cooking stations efficiently.

This position requires the capacity to follow moderate supervision and training while having the potential to provide direction during the supervisor's absence.
