As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and professionalism during banquet events. Your role goes beyond simple service; you are key to creating lasting impressions with guests by delivering impeccable and courteous service while supporting the entire banquet team.
The position requires understanding and executing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately, ensuring bar stations are properly stocked and maintained, and assisting with event set up and tear down. You will manage transactions, handle cash accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communication and teamwork are crucial, as you will collaborate closely with other staff to guarantee smooth, successful events.
