The role of Bakery Team Member at BJ's Wholesale Club is an integral part of the company’s food service operations. This position is responsible for proofing and baking all unfinished bakery goods according to specific product handling guidelines. The Bakery Team Member ensures the highest standard of freshness and quality by carefully unpacking frozen bakery goods, displaying them appropriately based on production charts, and adhering to rigorous food safety and handling practices. The role requires interaction with members by answering questions, taking special bakery orders, and delivering excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
