The role of a Bakery Associate at Northgate Markets is vital to the store's mission of delivering fresh, high-quality bakery goods to the community.                 - High school education or equivalent preferred
 - minimum of three years of experience in bakery operations
 - health department training required
 - ability to calculate ingredient percentages and ratios
 - effective verbal communication skills
 - ability to read, write, and understand English
 - ability to fill out forms and write reports
 - knowledge of bakery equipment and safety procedures
 - capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders
 - ability to tolerate exposure to dust, fumes, cold and high temperatures
