The General Manager role at Ulta Beauty is pivotal to the success of each store, encompassing leadership responsibilities that span operational, financial, and team management. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $40.00 to $54.00, with opportunities for additional compensation through the company’s bonus plan. As the General Manager, you will lead a team of managers and associates to achieve top-line sales growth, operational excellence, and outstanding guest experiences. • Work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
