We are currently seeking dedicated Bakers to join our team. As a Baker at Bruegger's Bagels, you are the cornerstone of our bakery operations. Bakers arrive early (as early as 3 AM), energized and ready to prepare the bagels that define our brand. This role is essential because the quality of our bagels depends heavily on the skill and care of our bakers. Bakers play a vital role in maintaining the product quality by ensuring that bagels and pastries are fresh and fully stocked throughout the day. Beyond baking, Bakers contribute to our excellent guest service by assisting with order taking, sandwich making, and helping out wherever needed. The role requires working collaboratively within a team to uphold food and beverage quality and to ensure the store environment remains safe and clean.

At Bruegger's Bagels, the ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking effectively. Flexibility is key, with varied hours and days including early shifts starting as early as 3 AM and weekends. Candidates should be able to pass a background check and meet state and federal laws as applicable. A current, valid driver’s license is preferred or required at specific locations, along with the ability to meet the company’s driving qualifications when necessary. Physical demands of the role include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently throughout work hours, with accommodations available where needed.
This position pays an hourly rate from $11.67 to $18.67, with starting pay dependent on local and state minimum wage laws. This pay range reflects the employer's good faith estimate of typical wages for the position.
